Reservation Information

To reserve your room, please complete your and send it with the appropriate payment to the secretariat. The deadline to reserve a room at the special rate is May 20, 2004. Reservations made after this date will be based on space availability only. The confirmation letter will be sent to you within 48 hours by the secretariat. June is a peak season in Seoul so in order to guarantee your room, please make a room reservation as soon as possible.
